Medical Care & Research Awards

The Medical Care and Research Award is presented to a healthcare professional or an organization in the healthcare and allied industries that have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make a positive contribution to, or difference in, the treatment of breast cancer by:

1. Increasing knowledge/treatment of the disease through research
2. Improving patient care/treatment/support
3. Increasing awareness of /education about/advocacy for breast cancer treatments

Those eligible include:

• Health professionals (doctors, nurses, researchers and others)
• Health organizations (hospitals, research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, etc.)
• Non-profits in the health industry
